After setting up the creative department for Wow it soon became apparent that a new website and polished branding were required, especially since the digital team was growing fast. The previous website was cluttered and disorganised so this time we needed something cleaner and better organised. Two main colours were adapted from the Wow logo to create the attractive purple and mustard pallete you see here.
As a full-service agency it was important, I felt, to give each disicipline it’s own distinct identity. Illustrated icons were designed for this purpose using the mustard yellow colouring to great effect.
It was decided that the contact form should be light-hearted to reflect the team’s down-to-earth approach to client contact. We invited our visitors to fill in the enquiry form and then select their preferred cuppa configuration.
Since the website was to receive a facelift it became apparent that the old Wow brand would need a similar treatment. This updated logo took the basic colour scheme and letter forms into a more crisp and playfull direction to reflect the addition of online services to the business.
Before the new site was built, the digital team required a blog space for online articles so ‘digital WOW’ was developed for this purpose. The logo I designed here would eventually be replaced by my similar update to the main logo seen above.
