As part of a major brand overhaul, Sovereign’s website needed to be refreshed. The homepage was the first major facelift to the site, with other pages to follow. It was requested that the main banner should reflect the Yorkshire roots of the company, as well as delivering three key messages.
The personal healthcare page would provide further information, once a visitor had taken an interest. Here the key benefits are displayed in a simple to understand format, rather then throwing advertising at visitors. The site had to assure potential customers that this was a more personal approach to healthcare.
Further into the process a table of healthcare benefits is displayed. This presented a tough design challenge as there is so much information to convey, without turning customers away at the final hurdle. Also the refreshed branding had to be taken into consideration.
